It's a soundboard app, which is a pretty common genre, but this one focuses specifically on sounds that mimic a haircut or the zap of a taser. You can download it for free from the Google Play Store. I first installed it a couple of years ago, and it's been a reliable source of laughs ever since. It doesn't need any registration to use, which is great for a quick prank. The app itself is free, but you will see some banner ads at the bottom of the screen. There are also optional in-app purchases if you want to remove those ads or unlock some extra sound packs.

Using the app is super straightforward. After you install it, you just open it up and you're presented with a simple screen showing different sound buttons. The main ones are the electric clippers and the taser zap. I usually wait until someone isn't looking at my phone, tap the clipper sound, and hold the phone near their ear.
